Honda introduces a new kind of sports tourer with a class leading new model. The CB1000GT takes its Hornet base and transforms it with the ability to cover ground and carve back roads with full but smoothed output from its 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine with Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) control. Theres ample room for the rider and pillion, Showa Electronically Equipped Ride Adjustment (Showa-EERA) suspension as standard as well as dual 310mm front discs worked by four-piston radial-mount calipers controlled by Cornering ABS thanks to a 6 Axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). Standard specification is high: a five-way adjustable screen, rear panniers, cruise control, heated grips, knuckle guards, centre stand and quick shifter.
